The refund policy is applicable only to unused products. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. Refund requests need to be made within 30 days of the purchase.
Procedure to Initiate Refund:
1. Send an email to sangampharmacyk@gmail.com stating that you want to initiate a refund along with the reason for the same. Attach order invoice in the email.
2. You will receive a reply within 2-3 business days upon successful initiation of the refund process.
3. Send the original products in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to the following address: C-120, Street No.-18, North Ghonda, Delhi-110053.
4. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt of the original product, subject to successful product inspection.
